Besides the fact that understanding menu sheets of the guest country in the language of the country is essential even for holidays, I really do not understand which websites you have in mind. According to ETH regulations since long years, all websites at least down to the department level have to be in German and English - and they are, as well as important websites of infrastructure like IT services or my own ETH library site, since more than 16 years - longer than the regulations exist. And the canteen's meals websites are available in German and English as well - so which German-only websites did you have in mind?
