Just back from Istanbul, I understand this is probably the only Megalopolis stretched over two Continents and 5'000 km2, with close to 14 M people. Thanks to its very dense water transportation network, both across the Bosphorus (3rd bridge and new tunnel planned) linking two major Seas (Black Sea and Blue Mediterranean) could it not give FCL a unique opportunity to demonstrate its skills in inspiring this European South-Eastern Capital (since the 4th Century AD) to remain a model in our 3rd Millennium as well ?
